Intention Setting Opening Ceremony. (AUGUST 18TH)
Thursday at 7 pm, we are hosting an Intention Setting Dinner to start our 4 day journey together. You will have space to unpack, settle in and get to meet all of the women in the retreat! We will be doing a clearing, as well as a protection spell so that we are setting the full intentional space together as a sisterhood.
Release - The Unbecoming (AUGUST 19TH)
Release: The Unbecoming
We begin the day (and every morning) with Yoga outside lead by Amanda Root - to ground into the day, and start the day with gentle movement.
This day will be lead around releasing. We will start with an Anger release, Breathwork, and Fire Release to shed anything that is holding you back. We will create a safe space to be held while making space for your next level.
Andrea will be leading an Inner Child healing, and guide you through an ego death meditation.
We will close the day with Sisterhood work, while healing the wounding that may be around receiving support, connection, and visibility.

The closest airport to the retreat space is HPN or Bradley - once you book, we will send you the exact address!
We will be connecting in a private Facebook Group beforehand for connection on all things retreat before August! You can talk about flights, and arrival times - and connect with the other women who are coming!
You can arrive the day of the retreat on August 18th. The Intention setting dinner starts at 7 pm EST. If you fly in before the 18th, please note accommodations are not provided.
