These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement (“Membership Agreement”) made between Client, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (hereinafter, “Participant” or “you”) and Andrea Franco d/b/a The Intuitive Boss Babe (hereinafter, “Provider,” “we,” “us” or “our”) concerning services provided by Provider under the 12 month Membership Program (hereinafter “Membership”), as well as Participant’s access to, and use of, the website https://andreafrancoxo.com/ and any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, and hereinafter the “Site”). Participant and Provider may collectively be referred to as the “Parties.”
The Parties agree as follows:
Provider-Participant Relationship – Duties & Responsibilities. This relationship is NOT a legal partnership or therapy service, instead it is more like a teacher-student relationship!
PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS THAT THE SERVICES PROVIDED IN THE MEMBERSHIP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR COUNSELING, PSYCHOTHERAPY, PSYCHOANALYSIS, MENTAL HEALTH CARE, SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT OR ANY MEDICAL ISSUE, AND PARTICIPANT AGREES TO NOT USE IT IN PLACE OF ANY FORM OF THERAPY.
Membership. This agreement will refer to the new services provided by Coach. This includes a 12-month Membership (hereinafter “Membership”). The “Membership” will be a full 12-month commitment program that will include the following valuable and exciting offerings:
- 1 New Moon Ritual Circle
- 1 Full Moon Ritual Circle
- 1 Hot Seat Coaching Call
- 1 Live Monthly Card Reading
- Access to the Private Facebook Community
Fees, Payments, Refunds & Returns. All interactions between Participant and Provider will be billed through the Site regardless of whether the interaction is online or offline. However, Provider may allow for payment by other means such as check or cash, but only with Provider’s express consent. Participant agrees to abide by the pricing terms under the Membership while using the Site and to pay to Provider all fees for services rendered under the Membership.
Payments for the Membership shall be made on a monthly basis. If for any reason Participant is not satisfied with the Membership, Participant may choose to end their participation, regardless of whether all sessions are completed. However, because Provider will have invested considerable time and effort in Participant’s services under the Membership, Participant will remain fully responsible for all payments under the Agreement, and billing shall therefore continue as agreed upon until the end of the 12-month session. I hope you understand the need for this, since I’m holding time on my calendar in anticipation of working with you, and forgoing other opportunities in the meantime! Explicitly, no refund or exchanges will be provided for any reason.
In the event that Participant fails to acquire prior written approval from Provider and Participant stops payment, or attempts to cancel payment in any way, prior to the completion of the Membership, then Participant shall pay liquidated damages to Provider in the amount of $25,000.
Notice. Provider may provide notices or other communications to Participant regarding changes to this Membership Agreement and/or changes to any aspect of the Site or Sites, by email to the email address that we have on record, by regular mail or by posting on the Site. The date of receipt shall be deemed the date on which such notice is given.
Except as otherwise provided herein this Membership Agreement, notice sent to Provider must be delivered via U.S. Mail to:

By providing payment, Participant hereby agrees to the terms contained in this Membership Agreement.
